A couple of notes - We require a one week lead for all catering requests. We also charge a service fee of 20% on every catering order. This is not a gratuity and is subject to sales tax. The service fee includes coordination-administration and covers all back-end related costs that do not include food.
With every order we include plates, napkins, buffet cards, cutlery, and serve ware (as needed).
